Hero FinCorp Partners with Salesforce to Accelerate Loan Processing with Agentforce

Hero FinCorp has collaborated with Salesforce to streamline loan processing through Agentforce, strengthening its digital lending capabilities and improving customer service across its network. According to Salesforce, Hero FinCorp has deployed Agentforce, Data 360, MuleSoft, Agentforce Sales and Agentforce Service to automate key stages of the lending journey, including document extraction, application validation, PAN and Aadhaar verification, credit checks, e-signature initiation and loan disbursal. The company has achieved a 72% improvement in loan turnaround time for two-wheeler loans, with 92% of applications now routed through Agentforce-enabled workflows and 77% fewer Not in Good Order (NIGO) cases at the sales stage. The solution is currently supporting 6,461 dealers across India, helping Hero FinCorp improve efficiency, reduce rework and speed up credit delivery for first-time buyers.

The collaboration builds on Hero FinCorp’s existing Salesforce foundation and reflects its broader AI-led transformation strategy, aimed at expanding financial access while improving operational scalability. Salesforce said the company built and launched its first agent in just three weeks and is now exploring additional loan-processing agents for its business loans, loan against property and car loan teams, along with a sales assistant agent to automate repetitive sales tasks. Hero FinCorp, which has served over 13 million customers and operates across 18,600+ PIN codes, is using technology to strengthen dealer relationships, improve customer experience and support responsible growth across retail, MSME and corporate lending. The partnership underscores the growing role of trusted AI and workflow automation in modernising India’s financial services sector.
